Is Zune a good holiday gift?

  1. I'm sorry I do not know what Zune is. So I can't tell you if it's a good gift or not.
  2. I wouldn't by version 1.0 of such a product.
  3. Tell me what Zune is, who it's for, and I'll tell you if it's good or not.
  4. They're beautiful and I think if you got that for someone they'd be insane not to appreciate it. However, it's rather expensive, don't you think?
  5. There's also the Creative Zen Jukebox.
  6. It's just an overpriced piece of bling - like the iPod and the Zen. I recommend you try to be more creative with your gifts.
  7. Overpriced? Hardly. It is the same price as a 30gb iPod but with a nicer/bigger screen, wifi, and fm tuner.
  8. I think the Zune is a great gift. If and only if they do not use a mac at home and they do not have a large number of songs purchased via itunes already.
  9. I love the iPod nano.

How do Daniel Craig and Casino Royale fare? Can I miss this movie?

  1. The name's Bond, James Bond...and the movie is Watch, A Must Watch!!
  2. For me there's only one bond Sean Connery.
  3. Action sequences are good. Face bad, I grew up surrounded by dark haired Bonds.
  4. It was ok. Too slow of a begining. No cool gadgets or cars. And he falls in love. So not bond, but this is supposed to be the first movie and how he becomes a 00. So it was ok. Hopefully the next one will be better. I will always miss Q. I miss his funny sayings and his gadgets.
  5. The new bond film is probably the best bond film ever...it's good, watch it.
  6. I thought he looked good in the movie. I was shocked because I was really mad when I first found out he was going to be the new James Bond. I didn't think he would be sexy enough, but he pulled it off.
  7. Definitely in my top 5 Bond films ever! Daniel Craig puts in a fantastic performance. And I was one of his doubters.
  8. I thought it was great. Less nonsense, more excitement.

If all the afghan and iraq war spendings were spent for good causes, what could've been achieved?

  1. If government spending could achieve good things, in the 1000's of years of the history of government, it would have been achieved by now. And the poorest regions of the world are poor because of the corrupt/oppressive governments that rule over them. It has nothing to do with spending money.
  2. Millions of people could have been fed, medicated and housed. Hospitals and schools could have been built.
  3. The first invasion of Afghanistan in 2001 cost $8 billion alone. That would've been enough to erradicate hunger in the whole continent of Africa.
  4. I have never understood the term "Good causes!". One man's good cause is another's...... etc etc.

Just Iraq..
  1. The War In Iraq Costs
    $340,920,771,288
Instead, we could have paid for
    45,155,069
children to attend a year of Head Start.
  2. The War In Iraq Costs
    $340,920,873,446
    Instead, we could have insured
    204,144,235
    children for one year.
  3. The War In Iraq Costs
    $340,920,942,850
    Instead, we could have provided
    16,527,096
students four-year scholarships at public universities.
  4. The War In Iraq Costs
    $340,921,019,116
    Instead, we could have built
    3,069,673
    additional housing units.
  5. The War In Iraq Costs
    $340,921,088,562
    Instead, we could have hired
    5,908,203
additional public school teachers for one year.

When Iraqis can't unite as a nation, is it ok for US to occupy?

  1. Sure if the US forces want to be the next Saddam, otherwise get the hell out!
  2. Why would we want to? Why should Americans die for that?
  3. NO
  4. We are paving the way for them to have a better living and yes it is ok.
  5. No. We should not stay unless the elected goverment request us to stay. We should only take control when it turns into a threat to us or harbour terrorists.
  6. No...I think in a worse case scenerio we pull our forces to the borders and tell them to settle their petty religious and ethnic problems on their own and in the meantime keep foreign enemies from suppling the insurgients. We can support their government as long as they stay the course and try to instill the rule of law and take care of corruption. They will either learn to govern themselves or devour themselves like rats.
  7. Great idea. The only way terrorists can kill us will be attacking the army base.
  8. The sooner the US/UK pull out the quicker the Iraqis can get on with the civil war the sooner it will all be over and Iraq may have a chance of being peaceful again.
  9. UK/USA created this mess, so we need to stay the course and sort it out !!
  10. But are we part of the solution, or part of the problem?
  11. The coalition trained iraqi police are as corrupt as they ever were, it'll be the same for any iraqi military, only this time, they are better equipped and trained. I'm beginning to think those people are actually incapable of living peacefully together without a brutal dictator and a secret policeforce full of torturers.

When David Bekham retires, what would be the one thing that he would take up to fill the footballing time?

  1. Literacy tutoring. I'm guessing there's quite a few people out there that can't spell his name right!
  2. Prime Minister...can't do any worse.
  3. David Beckham clothes, makeup line and hair products.
  4. I think David could do pretty much anything he wanted. Children's ambassador, pundit, model....
  5. Take care of his kids.
  6. Play for Malaysia.
  7. Beckham has already said what he will do and that is to run is football academy.
  8. Apparently, Tom Cruise is going to teach him 'acting techniques' after his playing career ends. Next James Bond maybe?
  9. Well the Beckham brand name won't retire.
  10. When the kids grow up he'll probably ditch posh and hook up with a hollywood actress and stay in LA. The second marriage won't work out so he'll return to England and buy Leyton Orient his local club from back when. He'll be 48 by then but will come out of retirement and come onto the pitch in free-kick situations. Eventually Orient will make it into the Prem and with the increased capacity of the Olympics stadium be a force in English football. Beckham will then strike a deal with Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos, Zidane, Figo et al and bring all their kids to the Orient. Gary Nevilles kid got the call but wants to be a dentist instead. Anyway with all the mini glacticos in the team Orient are soon ruling the world of football. But one morning Beckham forgets to shave with Gillette and is pictured using a rival brand. He soon loses his contract and bankrupsy ensues and the inevitable collapse begins. Having lost all the money, the mini galacticos all leave for Chelsea and Orient slide down the leagues. Beckham is a broken man by now and seeks comfort back in the arms of Posh. Orient are rescued by Barry Hearn as they move back to Brisbane road and are rubbish again. Beckham and Posh now have a nostalgic TV channel where they reminisce about the good old times, and are trying for a child.

Zecharia Sitchin, in his writings, claims that aliens created humans by cloning. What's your opinion?

  1. Sitchin was a frequent guest on Coast-to-Coast-Am. I always found him interesting.
And I think that the influence of Alien intellegence on humanity may have some truth. Sitchin did study the scriptures of ancient civilizations, and found that the one thing that all civilizations had in common was the belief in extra-terrestrial intellegence. I found that his belief in a 10th planet to be well founded.
  2. Then as long as he is promoting it as science fiction and not fact there's no problem is there? The problem with not being clear about this sort of stuff being pure fiction is that there are always gullible fools who buy into it. Still there are some who believe even fiction is real no matter how fictionally it is presented. X-files is a great example of such people.
  3. He makes money selling books, not functional technology.
  4. There seems to be a growing body of knowledge that suggests some type of intervention occurred.
  5. Then we should despise aliens, for giving us idiots like George Bush and liars such as Blair...
  6. The story of Adam and Eve is appropriate here. Adam:man from the red Earth. Eve:off Earth, "aliens".
  7. Someone cloned me? and there is another copy of my girlfriend!!!
good lord, we are doomed!! hi, dear...
  8. They did? I just thought they shot Lincoln...

Paris Hilton & Nicole Richie as business partners, what would be their most successful business idea?

  1. Handbag's specially designed for dogs.
  2. Selling bikinis in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Exactly what they are doing is their best idea. That show (Simple Life) is such a seller. They know exactly what they're doing and they know exactly what men want to see.
  4. I suppose it's being themselves on a silly TV program.
  5. Not a restaurant.
  6. Probably not a dating service either.
  7. Who cares about those two stick insects?
  8. A massive night club..start a fashion line..i would buy it.
  9. That would be up to their lawyers and advisers. Or, their fathers, who are the real business people. They cannot think for themselves, it's pathetic.
  10. Not to go into business together, that would be extremely successful.
  11. I would personally pay them to shut the hell up and disappear. Maybe that's a good option. Why are they famous again?
  12. Selling perfume or clothes.
  13. Space travel, they should go first, alone. Land on the sun, they love a good tan. Did I mention they should drive? Or they could go in search of another galaxy. Don't forget they are driving, alone. Well, maybe they could take their dogs.
  14. None! they have no brain so... no ideas coming up !!!
